Grain Spawn Jar Lids
Regular canning jar lids or pp5 plastic canning jar lids. If you are using a regular canning jar lid, flip the lid upside down so the seal portion is facing up preventing it from sealing to the jar. This is important when removing the lids. If the jar lid seals to the jar, it will create a vacuum and suck air into the jar when removing the lid and possibly cause contamination later on. It will also allow a small amount of fresh air exchange.
